 Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Strategy for this leading global company, Brian will be responsible for Corporate Strategy Development, Organization Development, implementing a Six Sigma type quality program, Brand Strategy, driving Digitization Initiatives, and managing the company's retail operations. When commenting on the success of his campaign, Brian had this to say:

     "Linda L, my team leader, did a great job across all aspects of the campaign; creative materials were excellent; treating it as a numbers game and hitting several fronts simultaneously was very helpful. Ease of mailings and negotiating frameworks were also essential. Counseling and resources were extremely valuable. Interviewing techniques and framework were great."

 Brian also mentioned uncovering his assets and skills, and the guidance on a communication strategy, as very helpful.
